FFXI SCH Warder of Courage solo - EU edition

This is by far the hardest NM to solo that has been done/possible in today's endgame. The requirement of proccing 1 hours relies so much on latency and timing it made it such a difficult fight to kill. It feels like there is a sub 1 second window to proc the 1 hour to prevent it from being used again; the window felt so short and almost impossible to hit sometimes.

Playing from the UK having 300ms to the server really makes this fight difficult, however I pressed the JP button for this clear. ;p

For the mechanics:
Preventing Benediction, Call Wyvern and Invincible I focused Aero upon the SP usage. If I lock Call Wyvern it prevents Astral Flow and Soul Voice.

If Soul voice is used as the first SP then you will get charmed (Soul Voice lasts for 3 minutes, you can only delay the charm) no matter what, just proc it with Blizzard to prevent it being used again.

Blood Weapon + Perfect Dodge is prevented by casting Blizzard.

Hundred Fists is prevented from Aero, however it's so hard to proc due to being interrupted from autos.

Meikyo Shisui and Manafont are prevented by using Water

Chainspell is prevented with the use of Fire.

Took 6 attempts on SCH specifically, 56 for the RDM kill. So a lot of the "learning" part was done. The SCH attempts were all live streamed on twitch:
