September 6-7, 2025 - In the 3+ years since I swapped in the k24, this was the first event I have completed without problems. Nine full sessions without overheating.
What changed? Swapped the built 280hp motor with an OEM JDM k24 RBB-4 head, removed the OEM coolant fill location and cap and relocated it at a higher point with a swirl pot. One or all these changes worked.
Great track weekend spent celebrating @racetech911 B-day, his personal best track time and my successful full weekend test.
