ingredients:
Raw rice 1 cup
shredded coconut 1 cup
elachi 2-3
jaggery powder 2 cups
ghee 2 tb sp
salt a pinch
Method:Soak rice for minimum 4-5 hrs.
Take out the excess water and grind with coconut and Elachi to a fine paste. The batter must be of pouring consistency . It shouldn't be thick . Take a heavy bottom pan and melt jaggery add in ground paste and keep on stirring on medium flame.Until it makes a lump. At this time add 1 Tb sp ghee.Grease a plate with ghee and pour in the hot mix. Level it with the help of a spatula or roll out using a rolling pin.Cut them into pieces after 15 mins . Enjoy hot or cold, with ghee.
