And too often, not checking details like these can ruin the experience for home buyers because of regret, buyers remorse, and expensive future repairs.

Those 8 Mistakes are Safety Scores, School Rankings, FEMA Flood Plains, Hidden Sewer Issues, Secret Subdivision Dues, Where are the Sex Offenders, Indoor Air Quality, and the Fear of Loss.

I do want to mention that many home buyers make smart decisions too, but when they do make mistakes, they are often in one of these categories.
