The answer is yes. But These 3 are among the top 5 IMO. While Havik works with near all the kameos very well. These 3 are among the ones I feel are his best.
Darrius gives mix and control on OKI. Along with kameo recharge and meter steal.
Jax gives really good combos and pressure with unblockable setups.
Mavado gives combo extension from everything that Havik does.
Safe pressure.
Damn good.
