Greenstrawberry Photo-Etch Unboxing For The 1:670 Scale USS Voyager Model Kit

Greenstrawberry has released its Fruit Pack Photo-Etch set for the USS Voyager 1:670 Scale Model Kit. The photo-etch set is highly detailed and comes with many parts. The model kit was originally produced by Monogram in 1995. Between 1995 and 1997 Monogram had sold the molds to model kit manufacturer Revell.

The model kit box of the USS Voyager had changed 3 times between 1995 and 1997. The original USS Voyager model kit box was just of the Starship by itself on the cover. The next rendition of the box around 1996 was from model kit manufacturer Revell. This cover featured the USS Voyager with a subdued picture of Captain Janeway in the upper left-hand corner.

In 1997 model kit manufacturer Revell had added new parts to the model kit. Also at this time, the box art of the USS Voyager model kit had been changed again. This time the USS Voyager was pointing down and to the left of the box while being fired upon by a Kazon Fighter. In 2009 the USS Voyager model kit had yet another box art change. It was basically the same as the 1997 version with the exception of the USS Voyager pointing now up and to the right.

And, finally, in 2019 model kit manufacturer Revell had to change the box art again. This time to a sleeker-looking box returning to the model kit's original box style of just the USS Voyager model kit on the main cover. Captain Janeway does appear on the model box top in the upper right-hand corner. Her picture is no longer subdued as she is prominently displayed as she should be.
