In this intervew snippet I talk about how doing basic Yoga postures can straighten the spine, strengthen muscle fibres, give you good posture, increase body’s endurance capacity & impart more flexibility of joints.
The interview is Mr. Girish Kumar who is a 2nd Engineer working with Anglo Eastern Ship Management Company.
Seafarers undergo periods of isolations on board with very limited access to the outer world. Retaining good mental health is the key to remain strong onboard.
