Decided to document the hidden damage we found to the crash bar & exhaust after removing the bumper on the 2004 Civic. And rust??? brine from the recent snow works FAST!
The creases & wrinkles in the bumper mean a better OEM donor or new aftermarket will be needed. I was surprised to find hidden damage to the bumper crash bar & foam support. Both will have to be replaced.
