Sichuan Summertime Treat
Hallo meine Lieben,
welcome back to Monday Munchies. This week we take it to the hot streets of Southwest China, with a sweet chilled Bingfen/冰粉; my take at least. Bingfen is a gelatine based summertime treat topped with nuts, dried berries, and other fruit, most commonly watermelon. Ice cubes are usually added for the extra chill, but I had the snow do the chilling; add them if you will.
