The best Orzhov commander hands down! (Ketramose, the New Dawn Deep Dive Deck Tech)

Hey everyone, sfreezy back with another sweet commander to build. Ketramose the New Dawn is quite possibly the best removal typal deck out there, and certainly one of the top Orzhov commanders. Clear the way to victory with a who's who of black and white's removal suite, draw more cards than you know what to do with, and have the answer for every problematic permanent!
