To make it up to you, I created a 35 minute workout, Tabata protocol to do any where any time with no equipment! We will go through a quick warm-up, Tabata style, followed by 5 More Tabata circuits and an ab finisher!

Breakdown (all in TABATA format 20/10 for 8 rounds, repeating the pair of moves 4x each). After the TABATA, hold the one pose for 1 minute.
