The EU, amidst a landscape of political extremism and Euroscepticism, and with a war at its borders, is at a crucial juncture. It is striving to chart a stable course after grappling with the economic and social aftermath of the pandemic. Yet, certain states, through their actions, underscore the viability of the European project. They demonstrate that it is not just a concept, but a catalyst for the harmonious development of their societies.
Over the course of 90 minutes, we will delve into the challenges faced by the states aspiring to join the European family. We will explore the crucial role their governments must play, and most importantly, how their ongoing dialogue with internal partners - civil society and ordinary citizens-evolves to achieve qualitative change.
