See how to use the RMA screen in Fishbowl to authorize returns only from those who have actually purchased from you. Track the most popular reasons your products are being returned to you.
1. Go to the RMA screen and click new
2. Enter the customer
3. Click the little green plus sign on the right.
4. Add the product number the customer wants to return. click next
5. Fishbowl will automatically search to see if you ever sold that product to the customer. (if the product is tracked by lot or serial number, Fishbowl can and will search by the tracking value. Click Finish
6. Click Return
7.Enter the type of return, the reason for the return and any additional notes
8. And restocking fees and choose to combine or split the return with a shipment.
9. Receive the return
10. Pick, pack and ship the replacement part.
11. Resolve the return
