I suffered from Sinusitis until I did THIS

Sinus infections can make life miserable. This is the home remedy which I successfully used to get rid of a severe bout of sinusitis, without having to visit a doctor.

In this video I show you how you can make your own 'neti pot' from a plastic bottle, which you can disinfect yourself. The administration of the solution is actually very similar to a NielMed Sinus Rinse Kit, as the cleansing solution is administered into your sinuses via positive pressure.

I also show you how you can mix your own saline solution with which to irrigate your sinuses. This flushes out mucus and helps your nasal 'cilia' function normally again.

I went from having sinus pain, facial pain and difficulty breathing (which lasted 8 days or so) to waking up being able to breathe - the morning after I used this diy sinusitis treatment for the first time. I couldn't believe how much better I felt! Within a couple more days, and several more nasal irrigations, my sinuses were back to feeling perfectly normal.

I believe that this sinusitis treatment may help people suffering from many different types of sinus problems, and the response to this video appears to confirm that. I do recommend that you consult with your doctor or physician prior to carrying out any kind of medical self-help (I didn't on this occasion). Always fact check anything you see on YouTube regarding your health (I DID do this).
