ADHD medication can come in all shapes and sizes, but for me I've currently been on two different types - elvanse and amfexa. this video will tell you all about how I've found being on the medication for the last 8 months, and how it's affected my ADHD, for the good and bad. ADHD medication changed my life, and while I can still live a life unmedicated (I did it for 24+ years), I much prefer to give my brain the additional support it needs to function!
