Limit one comment "NuHorizon" entry per USER and person. User must be 18 or older to qualify and live within the US/Canada. Accepted for duration of giveaway which is from 7/25/25 to 9/30/25. Comment may not be edited after submittal and any edited or deleted and reposted comment from a single user will be disqualified. This giveaway is subject to federal, state, and local laws and regulations, follows all YouTube Guidelines both stated within these rules and restrictions and YouTube policies. Void where prohibited.

Additional Giveaway Entries can be awarded via every $5 in support of the channel either through a thank you donation or with purchase of NuHorizon Merchandise via Spreadshirt purchase 3rd party service and an entry will be awarded for every $5 spent.
IMPORTANT: if Purchase order of Merch, it must be confirmed by NuHorizon via an email copy of Order ID and Youtube Nametag to [email protected] AND must receive confirmation email from NuHorizon in order for entries to be officially awarded and recorded in the active giveaway list.

Only one User may win one prize for Giveaway. If user has more than one Entry and wins a prize, the remaining entries of that user will be removed for the continuation of the drawings and prizes remaining. After winners announced, winners have 30 calendar days from release of winner announcement video. To reach out via email to [email protected] to provide proof of Youtube ID and confirm shipping address for prize won. If winners establish initial contact beyond allotted timeframe, and/or cannot provide proof of Youtube ID ownership and shipping location prize will be forfeit and left to the discretion of myself. No substitutes will be provided.
