🇲🇹 Malta Government Confirms Mandatory €250 Integration Course for First-Time TCN Applicants (Starting 2026)

A major update has been officially confirmed: all first-time Single Permit applicants (TCNs) must complete a €250 Pre-Arrival Integration Course before applying.

📅 Important Timing Update
Course Available From: 5 January 2026
Mandatory From: 1 March 2026

After 1 March 2026, no new Single Permit applications will be accepted unless the applicant has already completed the course.
👉 This means you must finish the course BEFORE applying for the Single Permit.
