Hey everyone, thanks for joining in today’s 10 min TOTAL ABS WORKOUT FOR WOMEN! ❤

This is perfect for women who want to have a complete abs workout at home. We are targeting the core, obliques, upper and the lower abs to get you a great total abs workout. This workout will help you to build a strong foundation by working all the abs muscles. We are heating up the abs in this workout and it will help you to get that toned, flat abs. You can do this workout at home, no equipment needed! Remember that a good diet still plays a major role in losing fat. But doing ab exercises will give you that nice toned and flat tummy!

If you are really keen on getting a flat belly and getting toned abs, then I suggest doing this workout 3-4 times a week! This will get your abs super strong and burn the fat around the belly fast! You will see some serious progress!

The structure for this workout:
-7 exercises (30s ON, 10s OFF)
-X2 SETS
-30s Rest in between SETS

Do you want to lose body fat all over your body? HITT & Cardio is the answer! If you are able to do a dedicated HIIT Cardio workout 3-4 times a week then you will get serious results!
