02 Packet sockets -An Ethernet library

Today we'll start coding Packet Sockets in C. This lets you send raw Ethernet frames on the local network (and routed to the Internet) - giving you 100% control of what's going to be sent over the wire.

In this project we are writing a library for dealing with low level Ethernet frames and IP/TCP/UDP packets etc.
