Biskut klasik yang wajib ada setiap kali tibanya musim perayaan, biskut suji ini bukan sahaja sedap, tetapi sangat mudah untuk disediakan. Ada pelbagai olahan dari biskut suji, tetapi versi klasik ini jugalah yang menjadi juara. Rasa lemak-lemak minyak sapi sudah cukup membuatkan biskut ini menjadi kesukaan ramai. Untuk rasa yang lebih sedap, gunakan minyak sapi berkualiti tinggi seperti QBB.

Jumlah Biskut : Anggaran 65 biji
BAHAN-BAHAN :
150 gm minyak sapi (suhu bilik) | 2/3 cawan dan 1 sudu besar
100 gm gula icing (ayak) | 3/4 cawan dan 2 sudu besar
88 gm tepung suji (kisar)| 1/2 cawan
265 gm tepung gandum | 2 dan 1/8 cawan
Ceri merah cincang untuk hiasan
SUHU MEMBAKAR : 165℃, 30-35 minit, api atas bawah (kipas matikan), sehingga tapak biskut sedikit keperangan. Panaskan ketuhar 10-15 minit.

100 gm icing sugar (sifted) | 3/4 cup and 2 tablespoons
88 gm suji flour (ground) | 1/2 cup
265 gm wheat flour | 2 and 1/8 cups
Chopped red cherries for decoration
BAKING TEMPERATURE: 165℃, 30-35 minutes, top and bottom heat (fan off), until the base of the biscuits is slightly browned. Preheat the oven for 10-15 minutes.
