Live with Keiko! We'll practice brush control, and look at which brushes to use for different floral painting techniques. After practicing different brush strokes, we'll paint some Hawaiian ko'oloa'ula flowers together, using watercolors and water soluble colored pencils.
Materials I'll be using:
watercolor paper (handmade, rough surface)
mixed media paper for practicing brush strokes
brushes: filbert brush 3/4", round brush size 1 and 10, mop brush size 8
Derwent Inktense water soluble pencils
Time zones:
9am HST/12pmPDT /3pm EDT /9pm CEST
This tutorial is for #Aloha23September, a monthly art challenge hosted by Keiko and a guest host over on Instagram / alohawatercolors
