Traditionally from laos which has found its way around Asia Laab Beef is normally made with raw minced meat. Here in Thailand raw meat is normally chopped between two cleavers. I will show you how to make Laab Beef everything traditional except we are going to cook the Beef Lightly before we start. This is an amazing Laab Beef bursting with flavours of Thailand which definitely does not disappoint.

Ingredients
300g Mince Beef
Couple cups of water
1 tbsp soy sauce
½ tbsp oyster sauce
1 ½ tbsp fish sauce
1 tbsp sugar
1 ½ tbsp lime juice
1-2 tsp chilli flakes
1 ½ tbsp toasted rice
10 small shallot sliced
2 -3 spring onion sliced
10 Sawtooth coriander leaves sliced
Handful of mint leaves chopped
