This approach helps you get comfortable with the basic golf swing, especially if you're learning how to play golf for beginners.

Next, I break down the 10 finger grip—a beginner-friendly method where your thumbs align down the middle of the club. This grip is crucial as it's the foundation of a simple golf swing, which is particularly helpful for women just starting out. Additionally, I emphasize the importance of breathing and maintaining a relaxed posture throughout your swing. Remember, it’s like shaking hands with an imaginary person behind you, ensuring your body and belly button finish facing the target.

Lastly, while it’s tempting to try out different clubs, I recommend sticking with the seven or nine iron until you feel more comfortable.
