We had a great visit at Bell’s Crossing Elementary school. A great turn out! We warmed up, we worked on our basic punches and front snap and then kicked some targets before working on hammer fist to break boards. We spoke about Challenges, having a good Attitude, Learning, Growing in our skills and confidence and about Sharing our energy and focus with others. It was great seeing our Black Belts that continue to grow as leaders within our community.
