Kida Tanaka may seem like the weakest contestant in Fear and Hunger 2 Termina, but completing his quest line can turn him into a fearsome fighter. However, he dies early on due to Needles, Pav, or the Woodsman. He is a simple salaryman for his family's business which brought him to the city of Prehevil for the game's events. Upon surviving an encounter with Pav, Marcoh will train Tanaka to box which he quickly learns due to having a latent soul. Upon seeing Marcoh moonscorch into Giant, Tanaka will strengthen his resolve to go face Per'kele and Rher in the Hollow Tower alone.
