What Happens When a Cop is Caught in a LIE in Court?

DUI defense lawyer Larry Forman cross examines the police officer in a DUI prosecution case. His client had a near miss with another vehicle that ran him off the road and into someone's home. He was administered field sobriety tests and questioned by Officer Fritz who was the lead officer on scene. He was arrested for operating a motor vehicle under the influence a few minutes later.

At the station, he blew a 0.099 (over the legal limit of 0.08) on the breathalyzer machine.
