Arabic Salad & Chicken Thoran Recipe

1. Arabic Salad

Recipe Ingredients
Broken wheat
Parsley leaves/Coriander leaves
Mint leaves
Spring onion
Olive oil
Cumin seeds
Chopped cucumber
Chopped tomato
Lemon juice

Instructions
Boil some water and add salt and put the broken wheat and cook. Strain it.

Preparations
1. Take a bowl. Put spring onion,mint leaves,coriander leaves,tomato,cucumber,wheat,salt,lemon juice,cumin powder and olive oil in a bowl. Mix well. Serve it.

Chicken Thoran

Recipe Ingredients
Chicken
Chopped shallots
Slit green chilly
Pepper powder
Chopped garlic
Chopped ginger
Garam masala
Turmeric powder
Salt
Coconut
Curry leaves
Oil

Preparations
1. Combine chicken, shallots, green chilly, ginger,garlic,pepper powder turmeric powder,salt and curry leaves in a mud pan.
2. Heat the mud pan. Add adequate water and cook the chicken
3. Add garam masala, turmeric powder and pepper powder to cooked chicken.
4. Pour oil over over it and serve it as hot.
