Why Genesis 'FORCED' me to get a Chrome DELETE

My window trims have been been peeling for the better part of the year out of the blue. Dealership decided not to help me and corporate denied my warranty claim while under warranty without an explanation. On top of that they wanted to charge me $1500 to replace them. Extremely frustrating situation that went on for MONTHS!
