Continuing on the story of Metro: Last Light, Artyom discovers that the Metro government and his own SPARTA superiours were jamming signals coming from outside of Moscow to hide the fact that the NATO powers have largely recovered from the nuclear war while Russia continues to lie in ruins. After destroying the jamming equipment and freeing the metro population from Russian government propaganda, the characters set off to travel to Mount Yamantau, located several thousand of kilometres away from Moscow, where the Russian government hid from the nuclear holocaust. While traveling there, they learn that much of the country is under a NATO occupation, and that due to the jamming the United States and Europe presume that the entire population of Moscow was killed during the nuclear war. After reaching their destination they learn that the Russian leadership are cannibals.

As always, we used relevant gameplay, important dialogue and all cutscenes to stitch together a fluid cinematic experience. We made a concerted effort with this game to let the edit play out a bit more. So much of this game is about the atmosphere and we thought it work best with less cuts on this game.
