5:37 Cancel the Avenging angels during the cutscene, then highjack the car. From this moment on don't press X. Just drive backwards to the garage.
If you press X now, the car will drive away, and when you lose it's sight, it'll disappear.
6:46 Park the car towards the wall so it won't be able to drive away.
6:51 Get out of the garage, but don't close it. Turn the camera away from the car. Then walk away, and when the garage door starts closing, press X immediately.
