King Charles III met US President Joe Biden today for the first time since his coronation. The President flew to Windsor Castle to meet the monarch before attending the Climate Finance Mobilisation Forum in Windsor.
To mark the occasion, we have gone back through the archive to put King Charles’ meeting with Biden in context, presenting footage of their meeting alongside footage of Charles meeting past presidents – going all the way back to Charles’ 1959 meeting with President Dwight D Eisenhower at Balmoral.
