For nearly two years, the new owners of the Rio Las Vegas Hotel & Casino have been reinventing it - with an infusion of millions of dollars to bring it back to its former glory. The casino is bright and refreshed...the sports book...the new Canteen Food Hall...every suite in the Ipanema Tower completely redone...plus a few new bars and restaurant offerings.
