Produced in 1974, this documentary portrait of Hoboken, New Jersey, captures the early days of its revitalizing “Brownstone Revolution” which embodied historic preservation as well as urban renewal and mindful, measured gentrification. It was produced and directed by Brian Kellman and conceived, researched and written by Peter Bridge. Steve Ross wrote and performed the music with lyrics by John Meyer.
