सागवाड़ा नगर पालिका में में आया फिर से तुफान, नगरपालिका अध्यक्ष फिर से निलंबित!

हाईकोर्ट के आदेश पर बहाली के बावजूद सरकार ने फिर किया निलंबन, सागवाड़ा में सियासी भूचाल
नगर पालिका सागवाड़ा के अध्यक्ष नरेन्द्र खोड़निया को लेकर एक बार फिर बड़ा विवाद खड़ा हो गया है। पूर्व में जारी निलंबन आदेश को माननीय न्यायालय द्वारा स्थगित किए जाने के बाद नरेन्द्र खोड़निया पुनः अध्यक्ष पद पर आसीन हो गए थे, लेकिन अब राज्य सरकार ने न्यायालय के आदेश को चुनौती देते हुए उन्हें दोबारा तत्काल प्रभाव से निलंबित कर दिया है। इस कदम के बाद सागवाड़ा की राजनीति और प्रशासनिक गलियारों में तीखी प्रतिक्रिया देखने को मिल रही है।
बताया जा रहा है कि न्यायालय के आदेश से राहत मिलने के बाद नरेन्द्र खोड़निया ने अध्यक्ष के रूप में कार्यभार भी संभाल लिया था। ऐसे में सरकार द्वारा पुनः निलंबन आदेश जारी करना न सिर्फ चौंकाने वाला कदम माना जा रहा है, बल्कि इसे न्यायिक प्रक्रिया की अवहेलना बताकर विरोधी खेमे ने तीखे सवाल खड़े कर दिए हैं।
स्थानीय जनप्रतिनिधियों और समर्थकों का कहना है कि “जब न्यायालय ने स्पष्ट रूप से राहत दी और अध्यक्ष को बहाल किया, तो सरकार किस अधिकार से उसी प्रकरण में फिर से निलंबन कर सकती है?” उनका आरोप है कि यह कार्रवाई दुर्भावनापूर्ण है और राजनीतिक दबाव व प्रतिशोध की भावना से प्रेरित है।
वहीं दूसरी ओर सरकार का तर्क है कि गंभीर अनियमितताओं के मामले में न्यायिक जांच लंबित है और अध्यक्ष पद पर बने रहने से जांच प्रभावित हो सकती है। इसी आधार पर राजस्थान नगर पालिका अधिनियम, 2009 की धारा 39(6) के तहत निलंबन किया गया है। हालांकि सरकार के इस कदम को लेकर यह सवाल लगातार उठ रहा है कि क्या यह न्यायालय के आदेश की भावना के विपरीत नहीं है।
इस पूरे घटनाक्रम ने सागवाड़ा नगर पालिका को एक बार फिर विवाद के केंद्र में ला खड़ा किया है। राजनीतिक विश्लेषकों का मानना है कि अब यह मामला दोबारा न्यायालय की चौखट तक जाएगा, जहां यह तय होगा कि सरकार का यह फैसला कानूनन टिकेगा या नहीं।
