Catherine, Princess of Wales, delighted a young girl by stopping her royal car for a chat.

In a highly unusual move, Kate pulled over her convoy to speak to three-year-old Lily-Rose Logan.

Lily-Rose had been calling out, "Hello, Princess!" as Kate ended her visit to a textile manufacturer.

The little girl handed Kate a toy banana outside the Corgi factory.
