The Kenyan entertainment scene is awash with DJs, it is only in Kenya where the ratio of doctors to DJs is like 5000 to 1.
But don't get it twisted though because Kenyan DJs are doing much better than musicians, both in gospel and secular.
Apart from meeting them in entertainment joints on weekend, most people rarely meet DJs. So I sought one Kenyan DJ to tell us what their life is like outside the booth.
