How To Create a Vintage Style Duster From An Old Robe Patchwork , Slouchy Pockets & Tea Dying

Such a lovely piece of wearable art! In this video we will create a beautiful, vintage style duster from an old robe. We will cover the entire robe with large floral patchwork. These floral fabrics are from thrifted curtains, sheets, runners and more. Then we will create large slouchy pockets that are so fun and functional. These unique pockets are very hard to find a tutorial for, this may be the only one. We will trim the duster in vintage lace and then tea stain. We will go up to my kitchen and I will give a step by step explanation on how to get a rich tea stain color. Enjoy!
