📝 Ingredients – Chicken Mandi

🍗 For Chicken Marination
• Chicken – 1 kg
• Yogurt – ½ cup
• Ginger garlic paste – 1 tbsp
• Lemon juice – 1 tbsp
• Salt – to taste
• Black pepper powder – 1 tsp
• Mandi spice powder – 2 tsp
• Oil – 2 tbsp

🍚 For Mandi Rice
• Basmati rice – 2 cups (soaked 30 minutes)
• Onion – 1 large (sliced)
• Green chilli – 2 (optional)
• Ginger garlic paste – 1 tsp
• Whole spices:
• Bay leaf – 1
• Cinnamon stick – 1
• Green cardamom – 4
• Cloves – 4
• Mandi spice powder – 1½ tsp
• Salt – to taste
• Water / chicken stock – as required
• Oil or ghee – 2 tbsp

🌫️ For Smoky Flavor (Dum)
• Charcoal – 1 small piece
• Oil or ghee – 1 tsp

🌶️ Optional Serving
• Tomato chutney / salsa
• Salad (onion, cucumber, lemon)
