【Dictionary + につけて】
every time; whenever
It is used to express that whenever a certain situation arises coincidentally, the same emotion or feeling always occurs in relation to that situation.
AにつけてB
1. It is used to describe content that naturally occurs in the subsequent situation, such as emotions or circumstances.
2. It cannot be used to express intention or will.
3. “て" in "〜につけて" is sometimes omitted.
につけて VS たびに
The difference from "~につけ" is that while "~たびに" can have either intentional or non-intentional elements in the subsequent clause, "~につけて" cannot include intentional expressions in the subsequent clause.
