Today was one of those full-on days that somehow still ends on a calm note.
Started with some time to myself, hit the gym, grabbed a tea and a few pages of my book… then the rest of the day was all about family.
We headed out for a proper meal together — nothing fancy, just good food and good company. Sometimes that’s all you need to reset after a busy week.
