Hyderabadi Sukhe Kabab Ka Salan
Ingredients:
Sukhe Mutton Kabab-150 g(Aprx.)
Tomatoes - 6 No. (MS)
Onion/Pyaz - 1 No. (BS)
Zeera/Cumin Seeds - 1/2 tsp
Garam Masala - 1/4 tsp
Dhania/Coriander Powder-1 tsp
Harimirchi/Green chili - 4 No.
Meat Masala - 1/2 tsp
Fresh Dhania/Coriander-1/2 (B)
Haldi/Turmeric - 1/4 tsp
Namak/Salat as per taste
Fresh G&G past - 1 tsp
Red chili powder - 1 tsp
oil/Tel - 3 Tbs (Full)
Procedure: To the kadhai add oil, and deep fry the kababs on a low flame till it is done. Now it is ready for next process.
To the rest of the oil add onion & cumin past, turmeric, G&G past and fry till the mixture become thick and dry. Then add tomato puree, salt, cover it and cook on a low lame till puree well cooked.
After 10 minutes add coriander powder, meat masala, read chili powder, garam masala powder, water and kabab mix well cover it and cook for another 10 minutes on a low flame till you get desired consistency.
Now add copped green chilis and fresh coriander cover and cover for 5 min. Now it is read to serve.
