How to Paint a Realistic Robin in Watercolours (Without Overworking)

Hello friends! Here's a watercolour tutorial on how to paint a realistic bird (Robin) in watercolour and how to avoid overpainting. To transmit a fresh look with translucency, which is what makes watercolours so irresistible, can be achieved by striking a balance between what details you include and what you exclude from your paintings. My colour palette is simple:
Cadmium red & yellow
Winnsor violet
Burnt umber and Sepia, all from Winsor & Newton
The paper is Arche's cold pressed 20x20 cms block.
I'm using my Escoda round brushes 000,2, 10 and travel brush size 4
