Recorded on 24 October 2025. [VIDEO #6085] This is Block 26B Jalan Membina, one of the 9 residential blocks within HDB SERS Replacement site - Membina Court (Blocks 25-27 Tiong Bahru), completed in 2007. In this block, there are 3 Fujitec lifts - serving 30 storeys overall.
However, Blocks 26A & 26B Jalan Membina are unique as they have 2 standard lift & 1 bed telescopic lift. In this video, i'm showcasing Lift C - bed telescopic elevator at 20-persons, mainly bed stretcher.
This is somewhat similar to Blocks 88-91 Tanglin Halt (next to EW20 Commonwealth). However, Blocks 25-27 Jalan Membina is need to walk abit further to EW17 Tiong Bahru.
