Ex diver returns to the 10m diving platform 10 years after quitting the sport

It’s been almost 10 years since I stood on the edge of a 10-meter diving board, looked down, and chucked myself off like there is ZERO risk in doing so. Back then, I was deep into the world of competitive diving — early mornings, bruised head to toe, and a bank account that cried every time I needed a new pair of trunks. Between injuries, the relentless pressure, and the sheer cost of staying in the sport, I finally threw in the towel. I never thought I’d be back. Not 10 years later and in the Malaysian JUNGLE definitely!

This video is part redemption arc, part comedy, and 100% fueled by adrenaline and mild regret. Watch as I battle nerves, relive memories, and ask myself for the hundredth time, “How did I used to do this at 12 years old?” Will I stick the landing? We will find out!
