Genuine Manganese Blue PB33, featuring genuine manganese blue watercolors from The Prodigal Son’s Pigments and Wallace Seymour. Also included are Manganese Blue Hue from Daniel Smith and Cerulean Blue Watercolor from Winsor & Newton Professional Watercolours. A rare and discontinued pigment, and as a watercolor, Genuine PB33 or Genuine Manganese Blue is a medium-staining and transparent blue pigment with wonderful granulating properties. PB33 was first discovered in 1907 but it received its patent in 1935. It had a relatively short run.
