The Eastern Nagaland People’s Organisation (ENPO) has made it absolutely clear that there can be no Frontier Nagaland Territory agreement without Financial, Executive and Legislative autonomy.
Significantly, ENPO president A Chingmak Chang stated that this demand has been agreed to in principle.
