How to Seal the Bottom of a Door with Epoxy

Like most seasoned exterior wooden doors, this door suffered from rot deterioration along the bottom edge. A friend of mine was looking to add a little character to his home and found this door in an antique shop. To save the door features, and make it functional again, the door required five repairs: the rotten doorknob, filling in the deadbolt, restoring the hinge area, rebuilding the window ledge, and filling & resealing the bottom edge of the door.
