Flying to Switzerland, Crafting Stories & Finding Balance at Home

This week is a bit of a wild mix. On the one hand, I’m flying to Switzerland for my fourth wedding outside of Germany (yes, fourth one 👀). Flights are booked, Geneva here I come! ✈️✨ On the other hand, my laptop doesn’t care about my travel plans and still keeps me glued to the editing timeline. Cutting a 20-minute interview down to a 2-minute trailer feels like trying to pack your whole wardrobe into hand luggage. 😂
Working from home has its perks (good coffee, no commute, cozy vibes), but it can also get lonely sometimes. Maybe that’s why I’m weirdly excited about airports and hotel lobbies – instant coworking spaces with strangers. 🛫☕
So here I am: juggling weddings, video cuts, and way too many coffee beans. But hey, at least the clients are happy, and I get to collect some Alps in the background this week. Not the worst trade-off, right?
