Carly Wise is a Santa Cruz-based Authentic and Creative Expression Coach who helps women creatives, entrepreneurs, leaders, and sensitive souls process stored trauma, regulate their nervous systems, and reconnect with their creative life force. Through somatic tools like art therapy, EFT tapping, vagal toning, and subconscious reprogramming, she guides clients toward wholeness, self-trust, and authentic expression.
Carly’s work naturally supports family systems—helping women model emotional freedom and co-regulation for their children and deepen connection with their partners. She believes that healing the world begins at home within ourself, through presence, expression, and embodied care.
