Após uma escala de três dias na Base das Lajes (Ilha Terceira, Açores),
três dos quatro F-35 Lightning II destinados à Força Aérea Belga retomaram
o voo de entrega, acompanhados por dois A330 MRTT da NATO, operados
pela Força Aérea Real Holandesa. Um dos caças permaneceu em terra, enquanto os restantes descolaram numa bela manhã de outono, sob sol e vento suave atlântico.

✈️ Sunny Morning at Lajes: Three Belgian F-35s Continue Delivery with A330 MRTTs
After a three-day stopover at Lajes Air Base (Terceira Island, Azores),
three of the four F-35 Lightning II jets bound for the Belgian Air Force
resumed their delivery flight, accompanied by two A330 MRTTs from NATO,
operated by the Royal Netherlands Air Force. One of the fighters remained
on the ground, while the others took offon a beautiful autumn morning,
under clear skies and a gentle Atlantic breeze.
